BSH Home Appliances FZE was established as a 100% subsidiary of the German company in 1998 in Dubai/UAE and represents the regional headquarters of Siemens home appliances operations.
With the local presence, Siemens is able to respond much faster to the individual requirements of all markets in the region. A high level of agent and customer support, quick deliveries and efficient marketing activities can therefore be realized in these countries.
The fully operative hub in Dubai is well organized with all resources needed and a warehouse stretching over a space of 4,000 square meters. For order processing and logistics, the office is connected online to the headquarters in Germany and the factories in Europe with state of the art SAP systems.
BSH undertook a huge investment in setting up their own new premises in 2001, which underlines its commitment to the whole region and reflects the growth of business expected in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia.
